"We had high hopes for this property, we stayed at one out in Minneapolis and it was fabulous. This locations could use an update, the rooms were dated and you could tell from about the 60s with small updates in hardware and furniture from the 80s/90s. Unfortunately, we will not be back any time soon as the beds and pillows were awful. We will save our money and stay the Best western plus. This location also had free breakfast and cocktails, but charges for parking. The breakfast was fine, for being such a large selection everything was very cheap. As for the drinks we didn’t get the chance to participate as there was such a long line for the one and a half hour window it was not worth it to us to wait. My positives were that the lobby is beautiful and the architecture of the building was very cool, but this is not the reason you stay somewhere, this location is more suited for weddings and events. "

But the unprofessional part was having to make two different trips back to the hotel before we were able to receive our deposit, due to staff claiming they didn't have access to the office where it was supposedly locked away."
