Clean unit, nice location, a bit noisy
Check in staff were great, no problems with stay other than the location is near a hospital or something and you get loud ambulance sirens fairly frequently. If you're a heavy sleeper, shouldn't be an issue.

street takeover outside at 2 am
There was literally a street takeover outside the apartment building at 2 a.m. First, we woke up to two ghetto women screaming and fighting for almost a half hour. Next, there were about a half dozen cars at the intersection doing burn-outs. Finally, four men got into a fight and it was an all out brawl in the middle of the street. It was absolutely crazy! It is too bad, because I use to live in Greenville and that area is/used to be a very nice area. smh!

Condo was well-equipped and had a great community pool. Easy access to the Swamp Rabbit Trail. You only get one key, so that takes some planning. Quick responses from manager.

Quick get away
Just out of the city, but close enough to get to the hotspots the city has to offer. The city has nice restaurants and awesome places for shopping. This accommodation was perfect for some much needed rest, relaxation and romance.

Nice property, bad location
This was a nice property but it is off of a very busy street, a lot of traffic noise, ambulances screaming by day and night. If noise doesn't bother you, this will be fine for a short-term rental. The owner was very helpful and easy to deal with. Close to Main street in downtown Greenville. I would not recommend a long-term stay.

Very Nice
Apartment is very nice and ideal. Used to just dealing with a lockbox for check-in but not possible here. Didn't really spend a lot of time in the apartment but appeared to have everything one would need. Would definitely recommend.

Wished We Could Have Stayed
The property looked good in the pictures but we were not able to even stay. David our host contacted me the day of our stay to inform us the water heater broke and will not be fixed till the end of our stay. He was kind and tried to help us find another place to stay or refund our money. Therefore, we are unable to give any accurate rating since we did not get to stay. However, at least our host was apologetic and did all that he could do to help us out. We know that things happen and it wasn't his fault. I wish that VRBO has a rating system that has NA for "Not Applicable" in case something like this happens. We did drive by the property and it was in a good location to downtown.

Great location! Beautiful apartment!
The apartment was beautiful. Not what was in the pictures, but every bit as nice, and with two bedrooms and two bathrooms! Location was within easy walking distance to downtown via the Reedy River Walkway.

Bait and Switch
The property pictured (that I reserved based on pictures and reviews) was not the property we were checked into. The property owner was responsive initially but would not respond to my questions about how he would feel if this same incident happened to him or if he had even been in this unit to see what the guest experience would be. The unit we were given was lacking in EVERY way - no toiletries (not even a bar of soap for the shower), not a single coffee cup or mug (there were other dishes and such), no kitchen towels, no hairdryer, no bedside lamp, very sparse furnishings, burned out lights, dirty, etc. When I contacted the owner about the toiletries, he did offer to have some brought to us the next day. I guess he assumed we would not need to shower on the day of arrival. I've never left a negative review, but the level of disappointment and owner's unwillingness to respond to the questions I mentioned above leave me concerned that others will face the same issues. He did apologize that I was not happy with my stay so far and said he would talk with his cleaning staff. The location is convenient to downtown, but it is on a busy road, and you can hear all the traffic noise.

Well stocked apartment near downtown Greenville. The Apartment faces S Church Street which is very busy and can hear the traffic/noise throughout the day and evening hours. Entering and leaving is a breeze each day. Apartment had everything you would need, including the coffee machine and breakfast stuff! Two drawbacks I had during my stay is the amount of light that came through the blinds in the bedroom, it would be a huge benefit to have black out curtains. Second, having to meet the point of contact to get the key & fob has a hassle - she was late when I was trying to leave by 30 minutes!! It would be much for efficient to have a lock box somewhere.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean, updated furniture, well stocked; very comfortable. Located off the main road to I85. Across the street from beautiful walking path to downtown Greenville. Will probably rebook this one.

Quaint & Homey!
Nice little place in good location. David is a great host! We had a reservation for a Saturday but got into Greenville on Friday. We called David to see if we could check in on Friday..day early. He himself went to the condo and cleaned so that we could stay by on Friday. This all happened between 3:00 & 6:00. Thanks David!! (We liked staying there so well that we booked again 2 weeks later.) 👍

Weekend away with friends
Spent the weekend in Greenville to meet up with friends. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It is right across the street from the beginning of the trail which we were able to walk to go into the arts district and historical downtown. Great location! Really enjoyed our stay!
