Zannos Melathron Hotel by Omilos Hotels

"Zannos is one of a kind hotel. I love the vibe. The staffs at Zannos were extremely helpful. They were very professional and accommodating. They made sure that we were taken care of. They answer their email promptly. They ensure that the were there for check in. Our flight was delayed at least seven hours, they made sure that the line of communication was open and every time I sent a message to update them on our flight status, they responded. They made sure that the transportation they have arranged were there to pick us up.. The staff went above and beyond. When we arrived, one of the staff was there to meet us and helped us wi he baggage. Further, the breakfast was good. They made sure that they packed breakfast for us when we left. Overall, the hotel is excellent! It is very clean and quaint. I will definitely stay at the hotel again next year when we come back to Santorini. Thank you staffs at Zannos."
Cresanto Luxury Suites

"Cresanto was the PERFECT place to stay for our honeymoon trip to Santorini. It’s just a short walk to the restaurants and nightlife of Fira - but it’s wonderfully secluded so that you can relax in peace and quiet. The facilities are extremely well maintained - the pools, bars, restaurants, etc. Our suite was one of the thoughtfully designed rooms we’ve ever stayed in … but the best part of the experience was the outstanding service by the Cresanto staff. The concierge Angela was particularly exceptional and helped book romantic excursions for us around the island. Stefanos, Nancy, and Sokrates also helped make our stay extra special. We can’t wait to come back to Cresanto soon and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect vacation in Santorini."

"I was very happy with the place. The staff friendly and helpful, couldn’t do enough for you. Good entertainment and everything you needed was available within the hotel. However, the standard of cleaning in the hotel room required improvement especially the bathroom."

"It was redicilous that the beach organisation is not related with the hotel and their service quality wa terrible. The hotel rules such as every 2 day beach towel service or cash water purchase was weird for me. The breakfast was great but breakfast are without fresh air was not good for me. Although the windows were retractable they only opened 1 window which created fights among the customers."
