"Cons: Bathroom was a bit outdated. Tub difficult to get in and out of. Elevators are tiny. Pros: Friendly staff, easy to check in and out, valet parking easy to use, great breakfast buffet, used a second party vendor and had no complications, decent price, nice ambience, food hours went well beyond the norm, soft comfy beds-pillows-blankets."

"The room was very clean and had a good view of the falls. The staff was helpful and prompt anytime we needed anything at all. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel but did use the Starbucks in the lobby often. The bar looked nice and clean, but we did not use it. This hotel is a great walking distance to everything and we loved the location. Would definitely recommend!"
