  • This beautifully decorated two-bedroom, two-bath, two-story condo with a loft is tucked away in a wooded area overlooking the bay. The living room features a large flat-screen TV, while each bedroom offers a king-size bed and its own TV—one upstairs and one downstairs—for added comfort and privacy. Additional amenities include a VCR for movie nights. Please note, the fireplace is for décor only and does not produce heat. This non-smoking, no-pets unit is conveniently located just a short walk from the lake, two outdoor pools, a playground, and boat rentals, making it a perfect retreat for relaxation and recreation.

Beautifully decorated condo just minutes from town, (2) nice size bedrooms both with king size beds and en-suite and a nice kitchen area and living room has plenty of seating with nice views

Wonderful!

This was a beautiful unit! Wonderful view of the lake, only 4 minutes from Grand Rivers! It was clean and comfortable. Staff at the office was super nice!

Cutlery is in need of sharpening or being replaced. We could barely cut limes for cocktails. We could not get the main living area TV to operate. The main level tv was fine. Might need new batteries in the remotes. These were just minor things. I would stay here again. The furniture is comfortable and the decor was nice.

Doesn’t mean it needs to be open late at night. But over all I enjoyed it. I would recommend to friends, especially in the summer months.

GTB is a special place for our family as we have been coming to fish here long before it was the beautiful resort it is now. We have stayed in this unit 3 years in a row now - it remains a very comfortable, accessible and nice place to stay.

We had everything we needed to cook meals, and more importantly, just relax. The couches and beds are very comfortable. Birthday weekend

When we were looking for a place to have a small family gathering, we instantly thought of GT bay. We rented 2 condos. Unit 344 is awesome. Very Clean. We did noticed ants in the kitchen on the second day. THe other condo that was rented by family had rotting door frames. WE used a pavilion by the pool for our party. The pavilion was fine. However there were a couple of red wasp nest and kids got stung. Guess that is to be expected in an outside area. The bathroom/changing areas by the pool were locked. I call guess services for the code and was told that they weren't sure but they gave me one to try. It didn't work so there was no restroom for any of the guests. The sewer smell was awful as well. Green Turtle bay was a bit disappointing this time but we still enjoyed our weekend.

A small glitch in communication with management and pool attendant regarding hours which attendant wasn’t very friendly in letting us know the pool was closed. It would have been nice to offer more water activities such as paddle boats or kayaks. Overall I would highly recommend this place 😊
