Whether you are traveling for work or pleasure, this central located home is perfect for you and your travel companions!

This 1550 sq ft home boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully-stocked kitchen, and back patio w/ BBQ grill. With all the modern amenities and thoughtful, comfy touches, you will want to come back and stay over and over!

Large master bathroom features a jacuzzi bathtub plus large standing shower!

Upon entry, you will be invited into a comfy and modern space fitted with soft furnishings that will make you feel at home. Unwind on the comfortable sofa and use the free WiFi available. Sit back and watch your favorite Netflix shows on the 58 inch HD Smart TV.

This space features a laptop-friendly, work space for guests who wish to work remotely.

The kitchen comes fully-equipped with all the cooking utensils for our chef guests, bon appetit! Complete with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and lets not forget the almighty coffee maker! Nothing like a fresh cup of coffee in the morning!

There is also a modern washer & dryer, as well as a fully auto dishwasher. We’ve made sure to have an iron and vacuum cleaner available for your convenience!

Escape to the large master bedroom comfortably equipped with a king size bed with memory foam topper! Relax, unwind and watch a movie on the 48" HD TV. The room invites a lot of natural light and includes a dresser and 2 night stands for plenty of storage.

Down the corridor, you will find 2 comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen bed complete with memory foam toppers and 2 nightstands.

Freshen up and enjoy a hot shower after a long day working or exploring the area in our fully stocked bathroom.

Enjoy the breathtaking sunsets or morning sunrises with a cup of coffee or tea on our lovely patio with 2 cushy chairs and outdoor coffee table!

There is also free parking available on the premises.

Great Place

My son attends CMU and had to have surgery on his leg, so I got this house for both of us to stay while he recuperated. The Master bedroom is great and spacious, the king bed was beyond comfortable! Lots of room and a very quiet home and surroundings. Wonderful location with 2 grocery stores located nearby and plenty of “to-go restaurants that we needed. Enjoy!

We were in town for a week to drop my daughter off at college. This place served the purpose well and was cheaper than staying in a hotel. The house was clean. The listed included a pull out couch, but the couch was not a pull out. The equipping of the kitchen and quality of pots, pans, etc. could be improved. Overall worked well for what we needed.

The property has all you need to have for an easy & comfortable stay. The backyard is nice for relaxing late in the day. Communication with the owner was efficient and very helpful, not only on issues that came up during the stay. Location and neighborhood is good with all types of shops & services only a short drive away. Parking in the driveway only should be taken into consideration when temperatures are high/very high.
