« 5/5 stars! The home was darling! Anika and Ahsan were incredibly responsive. The house was well stocked, clean, and filled with attentive amenities for guests to use and enjoy. There was a snowstorm while we were there and someone came early to plow and shovel our pathway. We received a detailed guide for local activities and establishments. Would love to visit again! »

« Our stay at the farmhouse was excellent. Our family enjoyed the dinners around the large dining room table and the s’mores at the fire pit one evening. Using the grill was easy; everything needed was there for cooking and cleaning. Grabbed a 1860 book at a nearby Hobart bookstore, enjoyed lunch from the Bakers Grimm in Delhi and dinner another night at a brewery in Cooperstown following an hour drive to the baseball hall of fame. « The pictures are not accurate. The two full and one twin bed are in one room upstairs, they are not separated as pictures would lead you to believe. Then three twins are in the living room with the couch, next to the dining room table and kitchen. The unit was dusty and not swept clean. There were dead bugs on the floor and party poppers from previous guest. I have never experienced something like this with Expedia, this was a zero star experience honestly. »

« We had the best time in Prattvilla. this is our second time and we love it, the villa is spacious and comfortable ,the best amenities from the fire place to the game room with football, pingpong table, airhockey popcorn machine billiard table and the perfect backyard with large hot tub, BBQ and fire pit. the location is close to Hunter for Ski with many dining options.
