This King Studio apartment is located on the edge of the Rogue River. Snuggle up in the window seat overlooking the peaceful waterfront view. Walk down the path to our rocky river beach and dip your toes in on hot days or bring your fishing pole! Cozy and tidy, this space includes all you need for a comfortable nights stay or an extended visit. Enjoy the king size Casper bed, fully equipped kitchen w/ coffee and Roku TV & High Speed Wifi. Located just off of I-5 Exit 43 and recently renovated.

Gold Hill is a small city situated along the scenic Rogue River, approximately 10 miles north of Medford, in Southern Oregon.

Gold Hill has a rich history dating back to the 1850s when gold was discovered in the area, leading to a gold rush and the establishment of the city. Today, visitors can learn about the city's past at the Gold Hill Historical Society Museum.

The city is surrounded by picturesque mountains and forests, making it an ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts. There are several hiking and biking trails in the nearby hills, including the popular Table Rocks trail, which offers panoramic views of the Rogue Valley.

Cozy River View Studio
We enjoyed our stay in this cozy studio on the Rogue River. The King bed was very comfortable, and the window seat overlooking the river was our favorite place to read and watch the wildlife along the river. The kitchen served our needs well. Appreciated prompt response to our communications. Would stay here again.

It's Okay
I'm guessing this was an old motor inn motel. It was clean and redone but I'm not sure it was worth the price. It did over look the river but it was a ways away and not approachable. I didn't receive the checkin information until I emailed the manager in the evening of my stay. Not terrible but I think I would skip it for the price next time. The bathroom was an after thought
