"This house is absolutely amazing. It’s by far the nicest VRBO we have stayed in. The host, Tom was so nice and helpful also which is always a bonus. The pool, hot tub, and entire back yard area were very luxurious. The closet had a lot of pool floaties/toys so no need to bring anything for that. There were also some beach supplies such as two chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and some beach toys. The house came with shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. There were also spices in the cabinet. You will still need to purchase some supplies (trash bags etc)We recommend a morning bike ride to Pelican park to see all of the owls, kayaking on the canal, and visiting Fort Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva. We saw Dolphins at Captiva! Thank you, Tom! We loved the house!!!! "

"The house alone was amazing. Plenty of space and the rooms are spread out giving an even bigger sense of space with a very large gathering area for family/friends to hangout. Very high end feel to all of it from the many bathrooms to the nice furniture & fixtures. Outside, you are almost overwhelmed with the breathtaking views. So much to look at beyond the water’s edge. There’s a dock to fish from or park a boat which was not in the pics (may want to add that). Before all of that you have a beautiful pool with another large area for plenty of guest to hang out. A very relaxing hardscape to roam around barefooted and take it all in!Great restaurants nearby as well as all your everyday needs (Lobster Lady Seafood Marketis a must!!) Sanabel Island just a 30 min drive and without a doubt holds true to its name “the shell capital of the world”. Lots more to explore there too. Absolutely, 100%, would rent this home again! Property management and owners were magnificent throughout the entire booking/stay!Don’t miss the chance if you’re in the area and looking for a place to stay!-Jason"

"My family and I had the best time. What a cozy coastal home. Kitchen was a dream to cook in. I loved having my coffee in the morning watching my son fish and my daughters in the pool! Sanibel is about an 35 min drive, best shells I have ever found. Mr Ice guy was so yummy for a cool treat at the end of the day. I love how there were things at the house I didn’t have to buy. Most rentals we find you have to literally get everything in this house had a few items waiting for you which was so convenient like trash bags a couple paper towels to get you started some Zip loc bags. Anything and everything you could need to take to the beach was provided, coolers beach chairs goggles. Can’t wait to come back. "
