Apartment good for my stay. Ideally located. Restaurants and groceries located within walking distance. Kitchen has a stove. Bedroom has AC unit, living room ceiling fan, gets hot in the day. Mimibuses passes through the street to downtown.

Check in process needs improvement. #40 bus right in front of hotel $200GYD to town..Regent St, by the Market etc. Out of front door make a left find a snackette, Royal Castle chicken, Chinese restaurant, pharmacy and icecream shop...make a right find a taxi stand and supermarket. Room had microwave, stove, fridge and AC in bedroom. CONS, non English speaking staff and in 5 nights room "cleaned" once I had to request and 2 blackoutsand I changed my own garbage....not a deal breaker just be aware.

Great location in Georgetown centre with lots of dining options nearby. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, clean a d good value for money. I would stay here again.

I did not stay there! I took one look at the place and left. I DID NOT STAY there. Expedia should be aware that people like me have some confidence that places are suggested by Expedia are based on some sort of examination. it was a sad commentary on the performance of Expedia, that they would put a place like that on their list of places of interest where one can stay. after travelling several hours at my age [80] to the presented with such a situation requiring me to look for somewhere else is ridiculous.

Accomodation is conveniently located in a quiet part of Georgetown. Very close to the City center. Staff was very courteous.

The first room I was given wasn't well maintained. It smelled highly of cigarette and marijuana smoke. The mattress was dirty. The second room was much better. I stay for five days and never once did the send housekeeping.

The place need work.The toilet seat was broken. The front door had a pice of metal sticking out if you are not careful you could get hurt.we were on the third floor no elevator we had to carry our bag up the stairs .the doors have gaps.

To say this place needs a complete makeover would be an understatement. The photos on the site were not what the apartment looked like. The furniture was plastic-made. The "stove" was a hot plate placed on a plastic table. There was exposed wiring, the walls needed painting/ cleaning, and there was visible residue on the walls. The pillows were so flat and overused that they could not support a human head to sleep. There is no 24-hour front desk staff as stated. The building has no generator as backup for numerous blackouts. The water will also stop running during the long and steady blackouts. The sheets are old and grainy. I am not one to leave reviews, but this place was so bad that I want to save whoever is willing to read this review from making the same mistake I made. Do not be fooled by the photos. The building looks ok from the outside and is secure, the wifi works, and there is no blackout.
