« Very helpful staff and room was comfortable and clean. »

« The only problem I had was the noise. I was on the 4th floor. I called the front desk 3 times. The lady on the desk said she would come up to check it out. I am not sure she did or not, because I called several times. The parking was excellent, but I probably will not visit there again. I even asked whether I was on a party floor. Being 73 of age, I want quite. »

« I liked the room itself, very spacious but I was disappointed in the pool. I needed the chair lift but it was not working. The work out room needs to be updated. We had to switch from one room to another room because the room had a strong odor. »

« Le cadre est génial, au calme, ce qui n'est pas négligeable à Austin. Tout était très bien : propreté, service, accessoires (on a beaucoup apprécié la cafetière Nespresso avec du café classique et du décaféiné!). Juste deux aspects négatif : l'eau chaude met un temps fou pour arriver (gaspillage d'eau) et la climatisation un peu bruyante. »
