This newly built home offers four spacious bedrooms, two sparkling bathrooms, and a contemporary open-plan layout designed with comfort in mind. Relax in the beautifully styled living areas or prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy easy access to outdoor adventures with a big backyard (not enclosed) and secure double garage parking for your bikes or gear. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to provide you with a fresh, comfortable, and functional space to call home.

Getting Around:  
A car is recommended to explore the local attractions and surrounding areas. The property offers secure double garage parking and ample driveway space for additional vehicles. Bike enthusiasts will appreciate the easy access to nearby trails.  
  
Other things to note:   
\- A $50 fee will be charged if guests fail to check out by the agreed time, with an additional charge for every 15 minutes thereafter.  
\- We have a gardener who will attend this property from time to time. It is unlikely he will attend during your stay, however if he needs to attend the property during your stay, we will notify you.
