« Probably the best option in Vancouver for a traveler hotel as it’s in the water and new. It’s in a nice location for Vancouver and compared to Portland it’s the ONLY game in town as you simply cannot stay in downtown Portland as it’s over 40% vacancy and possibly the most violent, dangerous city that used to be so beautiful and is now consumed by drug addicts and people doing horrible things. « Overall a terrible experience! My room smelled really bad. A strong oder of chlorox bleach mixed with a fowl oder. When I went to check out, The man at the front desk was helping a customer getting her a lid for her coffee. She said to him that her room had no black coffee, just an empty bag with no coffee. He did absolutely nothing, said nothing to her. I also had to wait outside awhile he locked the office to check my room so I could get my deposit back. I do not recommend this place to...

« Music plays until midnight, but you know this going in. The only really annoying thing is the room cards demagnetize very easily. I was carrying it in my pocket next to a credit card and it stopped working. Both mine and my girlfriends failed. They need to get a better system, rather than blaming us for having it next to something magnetic. Never had this issue at any other hotel. »
