« The property is as advertised. It isn’t a 5 star resort but you won’t be paying 5 star prices either. Tom is an excellent host and is very responsive to communications. We were very satisfied with our stay. There are numerous restaurants and stores within a 10 minute drive and it is very quiet. Beds were very comfortable and we could stream our favorite shows by signing in to our accounts with all the apps that are downloaded already. The kids had a blast and when the baby got cranky, mom slept...

« When we arrived one of the beds, after pulling back the sheets had used scotch tape, lot of hair, and fingernail clippings. Not clean at all. We left immediately, called VRBO, let them know, sent pic's and they agreed we should get a refund. It has been 2 weeks and no response. »

« Overall this property worked for what we needed it to. Pros were the great price, in a decent area not busy city, could come and go as we wished. Cons were the WiFi was spotty, there were dead ants on the window sill, no cups for the Keurig, shower always got water outside of it because of the gaps in the glass. All minor things that we adjusted to. »
