This cabin has 2 levels, 2 electric fireplaces, a Pool Table, & 2 lovely decks. Super Cozy & a quick drive to GATLINBURG, NO crazy-steep mountain roads & a Pool/Hot Tub for your Vaca-ADVENTURE! 1,700 Sq Ft of cozy-cabin goodness.

The Space:
Pets are welcomed! Fee charged at $100 per pet.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, Keurig and Drip Coffee maker, blender, pots and pans, utensils, 6-person dining table
GAME ROOM: Pool table, video game console with Pacman and Galaga, flat-screen Smart TV
INDOOR LIVING: Wood paneling, open floor plan, leather couch, leather armchair, electric fireplace, flat-screen Smart TV, master suite w/ electric fireplace and en suite.

Our cabin is strictly a non-smoking (or vaping) cabin and the air quality is constantly monitored.

There is a large trash compactor near the community pool where you can dispose of trash during your stay and accumulated trash after you check out.

Bear Haven
This name held true, as we were right on a bear trail. At least one bear passed right alongside the house on its daily path. It was sure fun watching from safety inside the house! We loved the location of this cabin as it was very near Gatlinburg and also the National Park Entryway. We were in the mountains but still close to everything. We also loved the upstairs gaming room. It was perfect for our group of 5!

Great cabin in a great location!
I'm so glad we chose to book this cabin for a last minute summer trip! The location was wonderful - I saw other reviews that mentioned bears every day but even I was surprised at just how many we saw! Kids loved the upstairs with all of the games and also used the pool every day. The views were beautiful and it was the perfect amount of space for 5 people. I would definitely stay again!

Great cabin!
A lot of space for the 5 of us. Feels secluded but still convenient to everything. Small issue with the hot tub when we arrived but the host was very responsive and had it fixed quickly.

I cannot say enough great things about this cabin! Our family had a wonderful time and will sure stay here again! Very clean, beautiful views, not too steep of a drive up the mountain, very spacious and perfect loft and gaming area for our boys (My boyfriend and I even played the games)! Thanks for such a wonderful experience! We will cherish these memories forever!

Spring Break Getaway
We enjoyed our time at Bear Haven! The location is very convenient to both downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, and the grocery store is a quick trip. The house was comfortable and had plenty of space and games to keep ourselves and 2 young kids occupied. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean, and kitchen was well equipped.

We had a nice stay at cabin. It is clean and neat. You can spot many baby bears, they are not harmful though. Nice cabin at nice location. Closer to gatlinburg downtown.

Was a great stay for my family. Kids had games and pool to keep them busy. The hot tub was nice. Great view of some of the mountains. We even saw a bear or two from our cabin which made the experience even more awesome!! Would not hesitate to stay again.

Perfect for Bear Sightings!! Loved this cabin!
I think this was my favorite cabin to stay in. It was a little hard to find but once we got that figured out it was great! The beds were comfortable, the kids LOVED the pool table! We saw bears every day we were there! We had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend to others! Thanks for such a great experience!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay as a family. The property was as described--a nice home with plenty of entertainment for the kids, a hot tub and great location to the park. The property manager was great when we ran into one hiccup upon arrival.

Best part of stay we seen a black bear right by cabin. Accommodation are very nice. Dont recommend bring a large trailer unless you are skilled at driving it in tight areas.

Great Cabin for Families!!
We had a great time staying at this cabin! It was the perfect set up for our family of 6! The kids loved having the upstairs all to themselves we all enjoyed playing the games too! The location was perfect a quick 10 minutes off the main road in gatlinburg and the cabin itself was private with a private drive even though other cabins were around! We had one issue and the owner was very quick to fix! We will definitely be coming back in the future!
