« The cabin was very nice and clean. Great location. TV over fireplace did not work (glitchy), there were a lot of cigarette butts around the back yard, one dinning room chair had a rough edge with small nail exposed. We will recommend to others. »

« My family really loved staying here! A great clean house nicely decorated, a kitchen with all the necessities to make a home cooked meal, outdoor grill, a pool table and hot tub. Also, a really cool daybed swing on the second floor balcony! It's close to Beavers Bend State Park, restaurants and many family friendly activities. What's not to love? We LOVED it here! »

« The house is very big and accommodating for a large group. Everyone was comfortable and the house was clean. Only complaint is the outside could use a little pressure washing in the patio area but my family enjoyed our stay! »

We lost our oldest son in a car wreck 3 years ago and vowed to get our 5 boys and their family’s together at least every other year. Rare Breed was amazing and way better than expected. « Our family had a wonderful time! The house and rooms are very spacious. Our kiddos had a blast in the hot tube, playing with all the arcade games and all the other indoor and outdoor activities. The outdoor deck and bar area was a huge hit and a great space for everyone to hang and socialize. Jonathan was readily available and communication was excellent.
