"The hotel is a bit dated. While our door locked, we could actually see through a crack to the hall that was likely caused during settling. The rug was worn but still functional. The staff were great and the free shuttle to the local restaurant was wonderful. There are no toiletry amenities, which is typical now for this brand. The breakfast was good and offered the typical hot and cold items. It takes a long time to get on 93 North to Boston from there during rush hour."

"Park there and it looks like a car had driven through the front of the building First room smelled like wet dog Second room had an industrial cleaning device of some sort making lots of noise Finally on the third try I got a room that was fine, was given my new keycards and then the attendant said our room name out loud with strangers behind me. Every hotel I have been to does not say the room number out loud for privacy and safety. Room had no towels, I had to rush to the front desk as my girlfriend found out too late. I was given 3 towels, one with a very obvious stain and grime on it. TV did not work Hole in bathroom wall from previous door slams Just not a great experience to have brought my girlfriend to for her birthday"

"The staff was nice during check in. It’s clear this property has not been updated since it was built. The hallways smelled and the furniture and appliances were super old. The price and location was convenient, but I will definitely pay extra to stay somewhere else the next time I need a hotel in this area. The bed was sooooo hard."
