The main bedroom features an adjustable mattress, ensuring your comfort and plenty of rest. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Diamond Beach Resort charges an additional fee for the resort amenities, which varies by season and length of stay. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking. Our condo, #514, was beautiful and very clean. The view from the balcony was superb! The only problem we had was the hot water... it never really got hot. If we let it run long enough, it would get a a little warmer than "not cold." Other than that, everything was perfect. Communication was excellent from the host. The front desk said they didn't have record of us when we checked in. But they were very accommodating when we showed our email confirmation. The amenities offered were beyond other locations and really helped to entertain the kids during down times. Almost none of the “amenities” at the property were closed down or non-functional and the pool was filthy. We also didn’t have hot water for more than half our stay. When property management did finally reach out they promised they’d get back to us and provide some sort of compensation for the stay. We’ve recached out multiple times and been patient and calm, they still haven’t reached out. Do yourself a favor, book somewhere else. ##### Eric B.
