« Lodge was spotless, good size, hot tub great and very relaxing.Bed was the most uncomfortable we have ever slept in the mattress needs replacing.Shower great very powerful however it didn’t drain very well and folded the floor, kitchen was great but utensils need reviewing, ie new saucepans and frying pan, oven trays needed . »

« I found this property when we had to move out earlier than planed for renovation works to our house. On arrival we were all stunned at the beauty on the gardens , the wild life, the fact we appear to be the only guests. Staff were amazing as i had 1 night were we had no where to staff, and staff were able to accommodate us. If you are looking for peace tranquillity i would highly recommend this place. Our only quibble was that the bathroom was actually en-suite with the main bedroom so with elderly people requiring a toilet during the night there was an element of intrusion. « No check-in details given, had to contact Hoseasons twice on the afternoon of arrival to get details, to say the cabin is quieky is an understatement, if you like dark & dinghy then thats ok, the kitchen is basic and smells of old fat, beds & mattress have seen better days, if you don't mind paying over the odds to sleep in a damp portacabin look no further, if we could off afford it, we would not of stayed, but as this was not a holiday we didn't have much say,but did cut our stay short. »
