"The best part of the stay was the view, which is possibly the best from any location to the east of the reservoir. Otherwise, do not expect much in the way of frills. The cabin was clean. The bed was not really comfortable and felt more like a sofa bed. The fireplace (with poorly-designed chimney) does not adequately exhaust smoke from the cabin. "I love the staff. They are always smiling, respectful and kind.The hotel is really clean and quiet.Only complain is the system they use to get in, and turn the ligts on. Not everybody knows how to use the card key and it took us more than two times and a bedroom change to figure out, how to manage everything. Funny thing, it is so simple. You guys should just print the steps and post them in a place by the bathroom, night table or tv, or wherever, so the guest reads them and proceed.Other than that . I think the hotel is really nice and the food yummi.Congratulations Stephanie and the crew. You guys can torn tears into smiles."

"This seems to be a newly built or renovated hotel from top to bottom. The room and bathroom was small but clean and the bed was comfortable. There is no air conditioning in the room but due to the Bogota weather, the room was not overly warm. The hotel is within walking distance to a bakery, supermarket, pizza place and other eateries. The hotel parking garage is extremely small and fits 5 to 6 vehicles but unless you are the last one to arrive, you must wait for the other vehicles to be moved so you can exit. Hence, you need to leave your car key or be willing to move the car on demand. There are some mild structural issues that I noticed with finishes, like the drainage in the shower where the water doesn't drain properly and a hotel front door that doesn't close unless pushed. According to the hotel staff, the building settled and is the cause of those minor issues. Overall, the hotel was excellent for my purposes and a very good value for the rate!"

Nuestro hijo la pasó feliz: pudo ver cómo ordeñaban las vacas, alimentar a los caballos, conocer a los terneros y recorrer la finca. Fue una experiencia única para él. Queremos destacar especialmente al personal, que fue simplemente encantador. La dueña estuvo siempre pendiente de todo, y Janet se aseguró de que cada detalle fuera perfecto durante nuestra estadía. Todo el equipo hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Sin duda, fue una semana espectacular. Un lugar totalmente recomendado al que volveríamos sin pensarlo."
