« We had excellent communications with Shawn before, during, and after our stay at his Point Pleasant Resort condo on St Thomas. « Property was clean and lovely! Property manager was very responsive and great to work with. This is our third time at Point Pleasant but first time staying in a lower unit. View from this room is absolutely amazing! AC kept the whole room cool. Only tip I could have for the owner would be that the drapes don’t fully cover the door near the bed, so just for privacy that would be good ;-). I would absolutely stay here again and very much enjoyed our stay. »

« Visited for 1 week over Christmas with family of 4 which included 2 college aged kids. The property was an excellent home base for all our adventures. There was a really lovely breeze front to back through the condo and an incredible view. The waterfront restaurant is really a plus! Food and service there was fantastic. Used both of the two upper pools and did some snorkeling from the beach. Staff everywhere were very friendly. Thank you!! »

« The condo was really nice. A couple of thoughts….. you shouldn’t say that Coki beach is walkable. If you have kids, chairs and a cooler, it’s too far to walk. Also, it should be mentioned that you need to walk through the second bedroom to get to the third. We were fine but it might not be convenient for couples that don’t know each other all that well. »

"Outstanding apartment in Saint John. The location is fantastic, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and perfectly equipped, making the stay extremely comfortable from start to finish. Everything is well thought out, from the layout to the amenities, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The place is quiet, well maintained, and ideal for a relaxing stay in the Caribbean. Communication was smooth and professional, with clear instructions and excellent responsiveness. An excellent choice for Saint John — I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it."
