"Clean room lovely staff"

"We’ve actually had an amazing stay at WoodSpring Suites in Easton. We’ve been here since February 27 and even extended our stay twice because the hotel, the location, and most of the staff have been great. Unfortunately, we had a very uncomfortable interaction with a front desk employee named Michele. After our room key stopped working, we went to the desk to have it fixed. When my girlfriend corrected her from saying “Mr.” to “Ms.,” Michele responded with attitude and then made a completely inappropriate comment about my girlfriend’s body while gesturing to her own chest. It was unprofessional and shocking, especially after such a positive stay otherwise. I did speak with the Director of Operations about the situation, and I hope the complaint is taken seriously and addressed so other guests don’t experience something similar."

"The room is too hot, 81 F and I open the window ( only 1/2 can be open) Over night the room temp drop from 81-79F and I woke up by 2 am… because of the train horns "

"Tried to stay two nights for business close by. Original room given dirty with stains. Moved to another room. Also found stains and dirty carpet. Staff not much help. Left after one night. Would not issue any credit for night not stayed. Arrogant manager. Would never recommend this place with others in the area. Expedia tried to intervene with no success. Again stay away from this place!"

"We stayed in this location for one night - the night of March 11th. My review is a mixed bag. The room itself was neat and clean, but small. One desk chair next to a very small desk, barely usable because of its location so close to the bed. The HVAC unit was effective, but quite loud. Every time it started during the night - we were woken up. In fact we were also woken up by the units going on in the rooms adjacent to us. Also, there was a guest above us who was either very rude or the floors are paper thin - sounded like a herd of elephants. Finally, there was a strobe light attached to some type of alarm that blinked on very brightly every five seconds. As you can tell, not a very good night's sleep. Now for the good - the staff was very pleasant and courteous and the breakfast was fine, although some of the machines - breakfast sandwich and yogurt seemed to be out of order."

"We had an awesome time at this beautiful resort. The concert venue was amazing and we will definitely be back. Staff was terrific, room were clean and nice size. Loved the fact everything was in house didn’t need to leave for anything. Recommend 10/10!"
