"Ask about room sizes if that might be an issue- my room was 4 feet wider than the bed. No mini-fridge, a horrible little screaming hot hair dryer. The fire doors were held open by magnet releases, & I closed them all immediately (I'm a firefighter but also a breaker technician, & those mechanisms rely on a lot of regularly-tested and verified intercommunication to actually function, otherwise fire will be fueled much more aggressively and spread from floor to floor). Told the front desk I was the one who did it (and why (and almost happily, because I had just driven 21 hours and was thrilled to finally relax)) but the lady at the front desk lost her smile immediately and for the next week treated me like a leper. They propped the doors back open. Oh well. Night staff dude may have been nice but if you've seen Jesse Ventura lately, knock off 50lbs and put sunglasses and big headphones on him, and there he was, wedged in a corner, obliviously grinning at his phone, and I steered clear of him. Breakfast was IMPRESSIVE for a basic hotel. Location in Frisco could hardly be more convenient. A coworker who booked the adjacent Holiday Inn said it was so bad he refused to stay there (mind you, we're basically mechanics traveling without our families, so our standards are low) and although the Ramada was basic, it was just fine. OH! Wifi- ASK ABOUT IT because it offered 2 choices (Ramada & RAMFrisco) and one alerted my security software, so there's a Bad Guy close, trying to hack you."

"Cute place! It was clean, cozy, amenities included, washer/dryer, kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils. Hot tub was clean and spacious. Enough parking for 1-2 vehicles if needed. Communication with the host was excellent and check in was smooth! Would definitely recommend."

"The staff at the front desk was a step in so she was unfamiliar with the hotel and did not offer us much help with anything our first night. The next night, a guy staff member came knocking on our door and he asked my husband what he did for work, and if he worked at the hotel, and other weird personal questions and then said he had the wrong room. Besides the staff, the shades in our room were completely broke with the cord to them frayed and hanging down since they were electric, so it remained dark the whole time in our room. The shower water never got warm even after running it for 10 minutes, it was always freezing cold no matter what time of day we tried to use it. The last thing was the cleanliness, we could visibly see dirt all over the ground when we first arrived and many things were not wiped down. We did enjoy how close the hotel was to lots of dining places and grocery stores, but we will not be staying here ever again."

"Nice condo in a great location. We had two problems in the kitchen. Refrigerator shelves were broken leaving very little useable space. Also there were no teaspoons and only 2 soup spoons. We connected management the first day but neither problem was ever resolved. We checked in with them daily but no one ever showed up with at least the spoons."
