"We as grandparents were unable to go on the trip. But according to my grandchildren, they had so much fun at this area. It was PERFECT! Everything about this place was awesome . The HOST Nicole, was excellent. She was there 24/7 to answer any questions or issues you might have. We as grandparents will go next year. Grandkids said they definitely want this place. Makes my heart happy. Thank you Nicole. "

"We were very happy with our stay but there was an ant problem. Lots of ants throughout the main house but even in the kitchen and in the cabinets, etc. Also, the fridge needed a good cleaning. But otherwise, everything was great annd we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a 60th b-day!! Close enough to the river but far enough so that you are not in the crowds. Property was clean and well maintained except for the broken dishwasher so we needed to hand wash everything. Pool/outdoor are was our best friend for the Texas heat!!"

"The POOL is why we book houses every year! This pool is a waiting pool, the photos do not accurately reflect the size. We generally have a full pool day but had to go to the River an additional day, no biggie but love a full pool/house day. Everything thing else was AMAZING"
