"Overall it was a nice hotel, clean, with comfortable beds. The room included a microwave and refrigerator and coffee maker, which was nice. There were a few things not working properly, the refrigerator froze things and the bureau drawers were misaligned and hard to open and close. I brought the refrigerator situation to the attention of the front desk but it wasn't fixed before I left. The hotel is handy if you need to be in the Georgetown area and is near a lot of restaurants with a CVS across the street. It's about 3 blocks to the nearest metro. I did not eat in the restaurant other than a drink one evening before going out. Room service is only available late in the day until 9 pm. And if you come in late at night there are no restaurants in the area open for food after 9pm. I always felt safe walking around the area at night even in the evenings."

"The person checking me in (that claimed to be the manager) was unpolite to the point of being rude. I have stayed in this hotel more than 10 times and had good experience, but after this one I will not be staying in this hotel anymore."
