"Was stuck outside my room for over an hour sunburned. And in the heat. The process to just have a guy come all the way in my room just to change the batteries was kinda crazy. Lunch that we ordered was cold and my kids nap was missed. Just irritated. "

"The arrival to the resort and checking in area is beautiful. The only problem are the rooms. Very outdated, bathrooms are honestly disgusting had to shower with sandals on. Bath tub was clogged, bathroom sink was clogged complained to front desk did nothing. Main bedroom had a hole in the ceiling. Pool area was nice, the staff is very friendly. "

"Sliding glass door would not lock. I tried to reach the front desk multiple times from the phone in the room. They never answered. I called from my personal phone and they answered. However no one came to fix the sliding door, resulting in my family spending the night in the room with the door unlocked. The door was not fixed until the next day. There were no luggage racks in the room as well as not enough washcloths and towel for 7 people. Also the carpet in the bedroom needs to be cleaned."
