    Welcome to our jaw-droppin' Fort Worth home, right next to Dickies Arena! 3 big bedrooms, 2 full baths, and fully stocked kitchens for cookin' up a storm. Comfy king-size beds in the master and second bedroom, and a comfortable third bedroom with three cozy twin beds.



    The Space:

    Welcome to our fantastic Fort Worth home, where comfort meets entertainment. Every room's got a new streaming LCD Smart TV, perfect for catchin' your favorite shows or streamin' apps. The living room's got a massive 65" TV, while each bedroom's decked out with big 55" TV. Y'all can stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter thanks to our new central A/C and heat, easily controlled by the Nest Electronic Thermostat.



    Stayin' connected is a breeze with our ultra-high-speed Wi-Fi fiber optic internet. And when it's time to unwind outdoors, our private fenced grass backyard awaits, complete with a BBQ and outdoor table – perfect for relaxin' and grillin'!



    We've got the best location in town! Walk to all the events at Dickies Arena without fussin' over parkin'. TCU University, famous W. 7th bars and restaurants, the Fort Worth Zoo, and the Log Cabin Village are all just a short drive away. And there's no shortage of culture nearby, with museums, art galleries, and performance venues within easy reach.

We Love This House

We absolutely love this house for many reasons. The location is great, the decor and accommodations are fabulous and the communication with the property manager is above & beyond! We have stayed here twice and will always choose this property when traveling to Ft Worth!

This home has all you need and is centrally located to Dickies arena and all of Fort Worth...

Loved our stay. Clean and comfortable home in a great location.Completely stocked with all you need including all kitchen utensils, pots/pans, towels, linens, games, washer/dryer and other amenities. They forgot nothing.Plenty of parking in front drive and alley carport.

TCU Visit Weekend

Great stay in this cute, updated cottage home. Great location. Clean house and comfy beds. Afternoon walks and sitting outside were wonderful. Perfect for visiting TCU for mom's weekend. Definitely would stay again.

This house was perfect for going to events at Dickies. It’s an easy walk and you don’t have to worry about parking.

Great rental

We stayed here for the ft worth stock show, great place within a walkable distance but to drive to the show barn or dickies arena had minimal traffic. The host was amazing and answered all of my questions very quickly. Will definitely be staying here again. Very clean and roomy home with a safe feel and great parking areas

Perfect location, comfortable and clean

We were in town for the Cowtown Half Marathon. This is the perfect location for any event near the Dickies Arena - no parking hassle because walking distance. House is clean and comfortable and check in was a breeze! Thanks for letting us stay!

Perfect in Every Way

We could not have been in a better location for the APHA World Show at Will Rogers Memorial Center. Great location and a great house. The house was immaculate and the kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the washer and dryer. So quiet. We felt very safe in the neighborhood.

Worked great for us

My family of four, including two teenagers, stayed for the week to be near my friends from college who now live nearby. We took the kids to Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor (only 20 minutes away). We enjoyed bars and restaurants near the house in the evenings with our friends. It’s in a great area of town. The house was clean and well stocked. Check in was easy.

Great location, a great house, and a great stay

Well-taken care of house, clean, stocked with supplies, and very conveniently located close to a number of tourist destinations. The bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen had plenty of supplies. The internet was fast. TVs in every room. I especially liked the labeled light switches.

Perfect for Concert @ Dickies!

We were pleasantly surprised when driving up to this charming home, excellent parking, and the home was just a perfect size for the 6 of us. Dickies was in walking distance and so was this great little bar 2 blocks away. We appreciate how they left all the items we needed such as TP, paper towels, coffee pods, extra blankets, just to name a few items! Thanks for being excellent hosts!! We will definitely stay here again when in Ft Worth!

Stay here instead of fighting parking!

Stayed here several days during the FWSSR. Attended events at Dickies, Will Rogers, and stock show grounds. Most times we would have had to park the same distance away as the conveniently located house. Neighborhood was quiet which was nice after long days. The walk is easy. Very clean property.

Comfortable & convenient

My husband and I enjoyed our visit in Mario and Ivette’s home. We even brought our 7mos with us and she enjoyed the spacious floors to play. The home is very convenient, it was a quick trip to the Fort Worth Convention Center every day but more comfortable than a hotel. The charm of the little bungalow along with nice updated amenities created an oasis for after work. The home was very clean (and we have very high standards of clean) and the kitchen was very stocked! The high chair was a real treat as well as the very efficient AC. If we are back in the Fort Worth area we will definitely stay with Mario & Ivette again.
