"My husband and I went for a short get away. The front office staff was so kind and welcoming. The hotel had complementary e-bikes which I tried for the first time. We rode all the way to Cranbrook. It was a beautiful ride. In the evening we had dinner in the hotel restaurant. The food was superb. My husband had the duck with a yummy risotto, I had an appetizer of chicken mushroom wontons. The staff offered us blankets while we enjoyed our dinner on the patio. The desserts were yummy. The room was beautiful. We would absolutely come back! "

"Highly recommended for an overnight in Cranbrook. Clean and newish rooms with a nice lobby/common areas. Staff was excellent. We needed a pet friendly room, which was no problem. We were traveling with bikes and asked for a space for indoor storage, and the staff offered a back office without hesitation. Very personable and accommodating staff."
