"I picked the hotel for its franchise reputation, but this one did not meet basic standards. Room was not ready until after 3, hallway was really hot, room was muggy, and shuttle was unavailable for my flight at 5:00 am!"

"I chose this hotel because of the price and the free breakfast (I was attending a conference and needed a quick breakfast each day). Breakfast offerings were limited but consistent, hot and tasty. Coffee available 24/7. Room was clean. Comfortable bed. Hallways clean, quiet and modern-looking. Main negative is that much of the furniture (esp chairs) in room and common areas was rather worn and in need of replacement. Pool (very small) water was always dirty due to the constant wind/dust/debris (better off not having the pool). Location is busy-2 other hotels on same plot, and parking could be limited, but very close to several decent restaurants. Very close to interstate (room was quiet). No parks/quiet areas to take a walk nearby. No safe in room - i carried my valuables with me every day, but I did feel safe in the hotel. Desk staff were very young and some not fully trained, but everyone was pleasant and polite. I would stay again as long as the price remains good."

"Price was good...BUT Bed was stiff and on the hard side. Pillows were like sleeping on lumpy rocks. Website pages showed photos of the Lincoln Inn, not the Executive Inn so all the breakfast area photos were false advertising for this place - no waffles, no coffee, nothing but a vending machine. I chose this place over another place I usually stay at because of the breakfast photos. Also floors were older carpet, not the "pergo" style floors in the photos. There was a jetted tub in my room, but it did not work. (was not listed as an amenity). No shampoo or soap in the bathroom. There is a $20 CASH 'deposit', refundable after you returned the TV remote upon checkout. Access to the property coming from the east required a U-Turn. Easy to mistake the employee entrance for the main entrance which is sort of hidden around the corner as you drive in. There is a sign, but it is easy to miss because you see the employee door first. Maybe a big sign on that door would help. Would I stay again? probably, but I'd bring my own pillow and toiletries, and lower my expectations about breakfast. It was quiet and somewhat close to where I needed to be. Worked for an economical 1 night stay with a door that locked, A/C, and a bed with clean sheets."

"All employees very helpful and friendly. I didn't take time to use pool or gym. Calm and serene area,although homeless congregate in that section of town. Local business found a way to keep away. I congratulate hotel and local business on making area peaceful. Next time I need to stay in Oklahoma City, I will be staying there again."
