"Pathetic service levels. Check in took forever and we were made to wait 2 hours for checking in (despite arriving after the designated check in time). Room service was horrible. Some stuff we ordered for dinner never arrived even after we finished our dinner. Such service is not expected by a hotel charging upwards of INR 10k per night.The only positive for this hotel was the view. "
"Very Very Disappointed with all six rooms which we booked in good impression as on net. First they offer to pay at hotel then after booking hotel demand payment by mail, it's like cheating.
Hotel Located at Very Conject area, Very very hard to approach hotel with car, No Parking Area so you have to park in chargeable government parking, Difficult to walk or moove in so called Deluxe rooms, 4 or 6 bed rooms. Very small bathrooms to moove. Plz.....Plz.....Plz..... Never go with this Hotel Laabh. "

Property is spread out, so if anyone has issues in walking, it could be a problem. Even otherwise during the daytime, walking the distance from the room to the restaurant in the sun can be quite a pain.
The Restaurant “O Gosto” did only buffet at night and there was no a la carte available.
Property is new and has a few apparent teething issues such as delays in food service, telephone for ordering in room dining...
