We had an amazing stay at your home! The house was immaculate, probably one of the cleanest houses I have stayed at through VRBO. The best part was the neighborhood, it was so well taken care of and the neighbors were very friendly. Lauderdale by the sea was a 5 minute drive and Las Olas Blvd was a 20 minutes, so you have the best of both worlds. I would definitely stay there again! The pool was also such a great thing to have on property! Thanks again! ##### Daniel R. Séjour de 7 nuits en mars 2024 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Charles S. 2 mars 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Spacious with great pool Large 4 bedroom, clean, spacious, quiet neighbourhood, kids play-park nearby (5 mins walk). Great pool and outside eating area. Location is not as shown on the map (property is to the west of the main waterway - which means walking to the beach is not really possible). Shared bathroom for two of the bedrooms. 1 bedroom has to use bathroom in common area. Items / equipment are good (could do with a kettle). Only one outdoor light working - there are cables and old lights left open on the ground at the back of the property. On our last day, someone left bag of dog waste on our drive (nice!). In spite of the negatives - I would recommend this property. The management team were generally quick to help. We had a great time. ##### Charles S. This property advertises a heated pool. Do not select it if that’s important to you. We were there for a week, and never able to use the pool, despite promises made by the property management company. The pool was freezing cold. We chose the property based on the heated pool.
