Pool paradise by the beach!! Heated Pool!!

Only a couple miles from the beach, this beautifully renovated house has 3 full bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The living area is spacious with a full size sofa bed to accommodate extra persons. With all the comforts of a home, this house includes linens, towels, washer-dryer, & flatscreen TVs in all rooms. Kitchen is fully equip with toaster, coffee maker, blender & all pots and pans making it functional. The house has a beautiful deck with a backyard and a heated pool- perfect for entertaining.
We welcome your pet but must be approved by the owner before booking. A small cleaning fee might be applied. If no pre-approval is taken, money will be deducted from the deposit.

Golf getaway.

The house and pool are awesome. A perfect place to relax, really close to shops/restaurants, and a short drive to the beach. I would highly recommend staying here. I wish I could have stayed longer.

The pictures were exactly of the ad, that is the most important as so many are not and your trip is ruined. Any communication needed was easy and real time. With the amount of activities to do this house was in a prime location. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful..We would definitely rent this place again..

We all enjoyed our stay. The home is clean and comfortable. The owner was excellent to communicate with and prompt with his response which we appreciated. Lovely location, close to the beach. Pool area was clean and private enclosed with beautiful landscape. We will definitely consider returning for another stay and highly recommend to others!

Amazing Stay!

This property exceeded our expectations. From the time we pulled in until the time we pulled out, we were blown away. The house was extremely clean and spotless. The backyard is like an oasis. The house is located in a very convenient location to the beach and restaurants. There was a nice park on the intercoastal that we ran/walked to every day. The host stayed in contact with us to make sure we were having a great experience. She even stocked drinks and snacks for us for when we arrived. We will definitely be back in the future!

Wonderful Villa

The villa is beautiful and in a great location. We were impressed by how spotless it was, without a doubt the cleanest place we have stayed. The welcome drinks and snacks were much appreciated and communication with the owner was quick and excellent. There were only four of us but it could fit many more without anyone being on top of each other, especially in the huge main room. The beds were very comfy and we had an abundance of towels and all the little extras we needed.

A great place

We had a very pleasant time. The house is exactly as the pictures show. Three households travelling together and everyone had their own nice bedroom and bathroom with plenty of storage space. The communication with the owner was great! Both before and during our stay. The pool area is great! The beach, grocery store and restaurants are all withing a short distance. Would absolutely recommend renting this plave if you are in the area.

Great house

The house is nice and clean, the kitchen is well stocked with all the spices we found that was very helpful. We have small children, going out could be tough sometime so we cooked everyday, at least one meal a day. The kitchen was easy to work with, the island table is awesome. the house has 3.5 bathrooms, which is great, we've come to FL for the pass 6 years and this is the only house that we did not have to shop for toilet paper during our stay. The backyard is beautiful and private with ample sitting areas. The pool is great size. The host was easy to work with, she offered us to check in early. Unfortunately our flight got delayed during the trip, we were so exhausted, none of us wanted to stop by anywhere else for food or grocery shopping prior to arrive to the house, we just wanted to go to sleep. We were grateful for the welcoming snacks with nice cold bottles of water in the mini fridge, that was very nice and thoughtful. We don't mind to come back to the house at all.

Look no further!

Can't say enough about this property being the perfect place for a group visiting the area. Convenient to everything and the backyard with the pool makes a great space to hang out as well! Hosts were also great to work with. Would gladly stay here again!

What a great property. Exactly like the listing. The host was extremely communicative and friendly throughout our stay.
