House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM \*\*All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.\*\* We welcome quiet couples, families, and friends in all our rentals. \-The minimum rental age is 25\. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours (about 3 days) before arrival. \-An accurate guest count must be provided. \-No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000 \-No parties or events. It is 5 rows from the ocean.The portico was a big attraction for me so I did not have to get in and out of my car in the rain. Newman Hospitality was bad in the past but they were the best this year. Do bring your own sheets and towels. There is a laundromat a mile north in LBTS that is great and you might get one of the women to do cleaning. I stayed in the house for the entire month of November so the laundry and cleaning made the stay pleasantly comfortable. The electronic key to the front door only works about 50% of the time. I strongly recommend that you get a regular key from the lockbox on the front doorknob. ##### Walter T. Maintenance showed up at 8:30pm with the house at 84 degrees with strong POT smell all over the inside property. Smell was in for minimum of 2 days. Lauderdale Property We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Fort Lauderdale home. It was a very nice neighborhood, very close to the beach access and A1A. The neighorhood was great for walking and many people are out daily walking, many with their pets - which worked well for us as we try to walk daily and we bring our little dog on vacation. The house was spacious with essentially 3 primary bedrooms, a large living space with attached dining area and sunroom along with a well-equipped kitchen. There is a detached space with hang out space and ping pong. We spent a lot of time outside by the pool too. This was a fabulous property! There are also restaurants within walking distance. The host was also very responsive when we had questions. We will be back to this or another property of this host! ##### Pamela B.
