The studio is a small space- ideal for up to 2 guests. Although small it has a functional kitchen you can cook with,table and chairs, two closets and a queen bed.

Full access to studio apartment and side patio. You may come in as late as you want- apartment is on lockbox.
Guests can go to back yard and relax in common area with tables and chairs, washer and dryer and additional private bathroom and shower- all open to you.

I’m available by phone and live close by. My husband is also usually onsite daily should anything you need come up. I can also recommend anything in Fort Lauderdale- born and raised here- I can highlight the must sees and eats in this city. I have created a guidebook online to help!

The neighborhood is called Sailboat Bend and is home to many boat enthusiasts. Located on Fort Lauderdale New River this neighborhood provides waterfront homes all nestled in the heart of the city. Close to everything!

Uber or any ride share service is great to get around.

You have a separate entrance and patio for your apartment. The property has a shared parking lot and shared back yard separated from you from another gate. Your parking is adjacent to your studio.
Sailboats are in the back on the water that people live on. You will enjoy hanging out with this small “community” if you chose. Sunset drinks and cook outs in backyard with others. Private for those looking for it or if you want to meet others and socialize - your choice!


Pest control preformed monthly by Terminex. It’s not dangerous to your health and you will be given advance notice. Please remember living on the water in Florida you may see occasional bugs or insects.
