This super new, and modern apartment has a living room, full kitchen, and a luxuriously appointed bathroom. This layout is perfect for business travelers or for couples. The location is great too: 4 min to the beach, 2 min to the mall, 2 min to the city park with 100 activities, 4 min to Golfing, and even walking distance to great restaurants like J. Mark's, Shishka Lebanese Grill, Lito's Turf & Surf, Sicilian Oven, Fish Shack, and many more. Starbucks is around the corner too!

Living room has a large TV and is connected to the small dining area and a full size kitchen. There is small working area with chair and the desk too. Bathrooms have bathtubs and deluxe shower cabin, and are richly appointed. All of this works to create a comfortable and relaxing experience.

The apartment has 1 king-size bed (sleeps 2), 1 queen-size sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), and 1 air mattress (sleeps 2) (if you need it, please let us know in advance). Assuming you have couples who can share a large bed, this property can sleep a total of 6 people.

High chair, and playpen are also available (no extra charge).
