The bathroom was dirty, people’s hair around the toilet and shower, they said was a non smoking room and was terrible the smell of cigarettes and weed. Dirty and smelly carpets. Mattress in terrible condition, my back was hurting me for those two days staying there. Location highly not recommend. For the price i paid you can get something much better.

I make the reservation through Expedia and when I get there, the Spanish Receptionist ask me for my ID. I give her my Driver license and she look at the picture and look at me and she said it doesnt look the same like me. I tell her of course thats me. Only thing I have my hair a mess, i have no make up now and my clothes are dirty with paint because I was working until now painting under the sun....... I even untied my hair , so she can see its me..... she make a comment like oh wowww how a person can change when have the hair done...... At that point I start getting unconfortable but thats ok, I try to be nice and friendly and I even start a conversation with her.....she ask me who make this reservation. I said me.... she said ohhhh noooo, here I can see that the Company who hire you make the resevation for you. They pay for your stay here..... I start getting even more unconfortable, I own that company... Rooms dirty, no trash can in the room, Discrimination, old and dirty rooms, personnel unprofesional and breakfast omg terrible. Pay other hotel please. Is a problem to get back what u pay for inidentals. I call my bank and report them

This place is gross. I seriously considered sleeping in my car. The parking lot smells like urine. The room smelled like smoke and weed. Stains in the carpet, big prices of enamel coming off in the bathtub. The towels were yellowed and there are no lights to see the room numbers from the parking lot. I paid $150 dollars and slept on top on the covers because the bed sheets felt like waterproof plastic. Gross.

I went back to my room at 10:30am only to find my door open and signs that someone was in my room before check out and items that I left in the room was stolen. This is not the first time I’ve stay at this location and housekeeping has gone in my room as early as 9am and cleaned my room and I requested a late check out for 12 noon yet all my things was discarded and the room was half cleaned. I think it is outrageous for anyone to enter a guest room without permission and before the check out time none the less and now I feel it unsafe and untrustworthy because now not only are you invading my privacy but they also steal and went through the draws and everything. Another thing I get there to check in for 3pm and there is never anyone at the front desk they would have you wait 30-45 mins just to check in but then want to be in your room bright and early before check out to check you out for the price you charge a night it ludicrous. And don’t get me started on the condition of some of the room about disgusting

It was very, very dirty: from previous guests used napkins and other staff behind nightstand, garbage and lots of dust under bed, kitchen area all greasy and oily. Moquette very dirty and dusty. Cockroaches in room. Microwave did not work (after one week of insisting they replaced it), no stopper in sink, huge gap in door where light (and probably also cockroaches) came in. Very low water pressure in shower, difficult to rinse soap and shampoo. To make it short, I was happy when my stay was over.

This is hands down the worst run down motel. I booked it for last minute trip to Davie. Check in took forever as computers were not working. Agent had to reboot credit card machine twice. Stairs to the room smelled like someone recently pee’d on them. Room itself had spider webs, mold in windows, no shampoo or conditioner, rusted stove, dirty floors. Middle of the night the room phone started ringing and when I picked it, no one was talking. Then around 2am folks downstairs started a fight which lasted half an hour. The whole night you can hear trucks backing in for deliveries as Costco is next door. There is no breakfast provided except tea/coffee which was horrible. STAY AWAY.

Price was far too high for the condition of the property. Room badly needs to be updated, tub was cracked and rusted, the shower head barely had enough flow, countertops in bath and kitchen were stained. Room stunk of bleach when I arrived. Not a chance I'll ever stay at this or any other Extended Stay America again. Oh, and the so called breakfast was a joke. Coffee and microwave oatmeal packets are NOT breakfast. Beyond disappointed that Expedia would book a lousy, overpriced hotel like this.

I travel quite a bit and utilize Extended Stay Americas all of the country. This place is a dump. There were roaches all over the place. The countertops had cigarette burns and didn’t look as if they’d been cleaned. There were cobwebs on the ceiling and the rugs were filthy and stained. I checked out of the hotel at midnight on the first day of my stay and I’m seeking a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!
