While the driveway spaces and the laundry room, located on the side, are shared with these upstairs guests, they do not have access to the main house, its dedicated pool, or the backyard. Free parking is available on the property for 3 vehicles. Let us know in advance if you have more cars. This is a pet-friendly property. The fee per pet is $50.00 per stay. Please message us requesting a pet fee when you book. The property is located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10:00 p.m. - No parties or events allowed. We please ask that our guests clean up after they finish using the BBQ.
