« The room was very clean. The cleaning people were on their toes. They even took care of the room after the first night. When we saw them they were very friendly. The only problem I had was the bathtub is raised up and I had trouble getting in & out for a shower. I'm short and the bed is also high. I will know next time to take a step stool.
The staff were not very friendly.

« In room microwave did not work. We reported it but they did nothing about it.
Toilet seat cover was basically falling off the toilet but they did tighten it.
Pool was closed. When I booked the stay there was no mention of this. If it was closed after I booked no one made me aware of it.
They have a coffee pot in the room but didn't replenish cups or coffee. I had to get more myself. »
