« Le personnel est très/trop attentionné, on nous a téléphoné à 10h30 pour nous dire qu'il fallait quitter à 11h... Une première parmi les 20 hôtels/motels que nous avons visité. Le secteur n'est pas pratique si on veut utiliser le transport en commun, c'est plutôt loin des coins intéressants de Portland. »

« This was a beautiful stay with quiet luxury and very friendly staff. One of the best things was the non-plastic breakfasts. Fresh cut cheeses and fresh made breads. Nespresso machine to make strong Americanos. They also offer made to order cooked eggs, etc. with a cook on staff. »

« Property is up to par with Marriott. Although Expedia advertised no parking fee, fee was taken. No breakfast is included. »

« The room was a good size for our family of 4 and generally clean, except that my kids found a water bottle cap inside the coffeemaker and a plastic shoe cover under the desk. The air conditioner worked, but the wall remote didn’t, and the bathroom fan also wasn’t working. We were too tired to change rooms, so we just went to sleep, it was very stuffy. Aside from that, the hotel was pleasant, breakfast was good, and the gym had everything I needed for my morning workout. »

« The maid snuck into our room while the do not disturb sign was up. She did not announce herself which made us very uneasy about leaving our belongings in the room while we were gone. We don't plan on staying at this location again. Also there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. »
