"A great place to stay for us as a stop over on the way to France via the tunnel (20 mins drive).Really comfortable beds, very clean, newly renovated, with a small sitting room and two beds with 2 bathrooms. Just what we were looking for and they let dogs stay. We usually stay in a Premier Inn but this was far better value, plus the pub downstairs was excellent. Good choice of beer, great food and perfect hospitality - what more could you ask for?? Fully recommended!"

"Rooms were clean and all staff were lovely. The food onsite is decent but expensive. You now have to pay for parking £6 upon checking in. The family room however, we’ve outgrown. It’s a sofa bed and not ideal for two teenagers.the double beds also feel incredibly small. They need to expand some of the room sizes to accommodate more comfortable beds."

"We stayed in room 105, it was clean, didn't see any cleaners over weekend stayed Fri - Mon , bed very comfortable, very small toilet shower room, no extractor, the shower could of done with a slide pole to avoid wetting hair, balcony small but sufficient to sit outside sea view, very hot in room, fan supplied in wardrobe, but only one spare plug socket, which was annoying charging phones drying hair, hairdryers available at reception, the staff are happy to give extra tea, coffee milk just ask. Don’t know about parking as got the train there, about 10 minutes walk to station, Good location not far from town, harbour, Saturday & Sunday free music at bandstand couple of minutes walk ( summertime) The place is an old building not the Crown Jewels but you get what you pay for, friendly staff , and a good stay"

Everything about our stay was perfect, from the kindness and courtesy of staff, to the surprise congratulations left in our room to see upon our return! We will definitely be returning. "Fabulous Hotel. Great location. Parking limited so park jn Sandgate Carpark as £12 for 24 hours. Harbour Arm is walkable and great to visit. Lots of eateries. Breakfast lovely - good choice and the Breakfast Room Manager is a real character & professional as are all the employees."
