With its cozy atmosphere, this chalet is perfect for your next vacation, to accommodate 8 to 10 people. Description: \*On the FIRST LEVEL: Access to the first level from the stairs going up from the garage, a dormitory room with 2 bunk beds and a single bed (3\*90) and access to the terrace, a double bedroom (180 bed), a bathroom with bathtub and shower, separate toilet and a laundry area with washing/dryer machine. \*ON THE SECOND LEVEL: a spacious and bright living room, an open kitchen equipped with a four-burner induction hob with integrated hood, an oven, a microwave, a freezer, all opening onto the balcony with a view of the village and the mountains. This room also have a living room part with fireplace and TV. This floor is completed by a shower room and a guest toilet. \*ON THE THIRD LEVEL: two bedrooms with two single beds (2\*90), a double bedroom (1\*180), a mezzanine area for children. \* Parking spaces in front of the chalet and a parking space in the garage. \* Skiroom in the garage. \* WIFI INCLUDED (fiber). \*Pets not accepted. Non-smoking rental. OUR OPINION: Recently tastefully renovated chalet, close to the village and the ski bus stop. It offers all the comfort necessary for pleasant stays with family or friends in Val d'Arly, bed linen and bathroom linen are included. The Evettes and Notre Dame de Bellecombe ski slopes are 3.5km away, the ski bus stop is at tourism office, 450m walking from the chalet. The foot of the Flume slopes is located at a place called Les Evettes, one of the entrances to discover the Espace Diamant. The village of Flumet is located in the heart of the Espace Diamant. With its 192 km of slopes and its 6 connected village resorts (Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, Hauteluce), everyone will find what they are looking for to fully enjoy their holidays. In summer, you will be close to numerous trails for pleasant walks or mountain bike rides, and you would have access to the lake and its leisure center in 15 minutes on foot.
