Come and visit Florianópolis and stay very close to the beach and nature.   
Our studio apartment has the comfort in the right measure for your stay.   
  
The highlights of this inviting, spacious, airy and bright space are; 1 double bed with orthopedic mattress, 32 LED TV with split air conditioning, spacious bathroom and small kitchen.   
Other amenities include medium-sized refrigerators, cooktop, cutlery and glasses.   
  
Bed linen and towels are provided.   
  
Studio Ágata is on the upper floor.

You will have access to your cottage and bathroom and all outside areas of the house.

We are in the east of the island, region of beaches. The center is 30km away.

Our guests have space in front of the property to park. The place is safe and we have surveillance round at night.
