« We had been so thrilled with an opportunity to live in the silent city, Mdina. On entering the house, we're smitten by the beauty of the old house of character in Malta. Maria, our host stocked the house so well. She was very welcoming and went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. « Good facilities and location, however poorly ran. Before we arrived we could not access check in information as their system claimed we still had to complete payment, ignored 2/3 emails asking for this to be resolved. Took multiple phone calls to finally fix this. Broken AC, reported on 1st day was reassured it would be fixed and it was marked as urgent, was never fixed. »
