The hotel was in a good location. Unfortunately, some of the staff were not very friendly or helpful. Frankly, it seemed as though they didn’t want to be there and we as customers were just an imposition.

Hotel was the perfect stay for us in Florence. Quiet area, friendly staff and very large, modern rooms. The area was also safe to walk around at night. Only 5-10 minute walks to major sites. The hotel staff really stood out for us. They were helpfulness in laying out the map and showing us typical routes to see everything. Hotel being family ran business, you could really tell that they care for their customers. Great stay and would highly recommend!!!

Very nice staff for a budget place close to everything. I almost moved them up in the ranking because a lovely golden retriever hangs out here. I have no major qualms. The only reason I didn't put them at five is that they interrupted work time when I had the DnD sign in the door twice. Not fancy, breakfast is basic, but those are all good in my opinion.

The employees who worked at the front desk need training is service. They were argumentative rather than helpful. The bar is supposed to be open 24/7, but the lights were always out unless you asked if the bar was open. It seemed like an inconvenience for the staff to open the bar. I would not return to this hotel based on the overall service and condition of the hotel.

Great Location

Lovely hotel in a great location. Good central point to get to all the sites and only 7 min walk from the train station. The rooms are newly remodeled, comfortable and very clean. Hotel staff are very friendly. We had to leave early for a tour one day and they packed our breakfast in to go bags and had them waiting for us before we left.
