« We were looking for a convenient place to stay in Bridlington and I'm so glad we found "Salt on the Harbour". From the outside, it doesn't look like a hotel and you might have second thoughts. But inside, the rooms are very comfortable, with lovely views over the harbour. The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach, town and harbour, plus free parking is a bonus. « A decent base, walkable into the centre. This is a separate building to the pub so no late night noise except for others staying over. We stayed one night and this was enough but cleanliness, especially the bathroom, could be improved for longer stays. Staff checking in in the pub were friendly and helpful. « Sadly, this was a bad experience. I booked via Expedia where the hotel was advertising a Michelin trained chef and a restaurant. I travelled solo 145 miles for a two night break purely because of this. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to learn the restaurant closed last year. « Clean,, well equipped, chalet. About 1.5m from Bridlington Spa and a nice walk. Land train (from next door park & ride) if need a lift. Great beach. »

« Lovely location. Property beginning to look a bit shabby e.g. wallpaper, chair coverings etc but comfortable. Kitchen could be better equipped if you actually intend to cook e.g. no bowls for salad/fruit/mixing; a cheese grater would be useful. We had a minor glitch with the parking permit but this was rectified very quickly by the host. Overall we enjoyed it and would stay there again. »

« It was a traditional three bed room town house so it was more than enough for two of us but we really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, quiet and very convenient to the train station, local shops and restaurants. The beach is just 3 mins walk away. The communication with the landlady was very good as well and Ruth was very helpful. We like Bridlington a lot so definitely consider to come back to this house again. »

« The apartment as advertised! Very clean, towels provided excellent location. The bed mattress and pans and pots in kitchen could use a change but other than that I can’t complain! The owner for sure care of it apartment and his guest! During my stay he provided brand new chairs and tables to sit outside. Highly recommended and I for sure will be coming back! »
