La chambre avait beaucoup de cachet et le lobby/bar est magnifique. Par contre, il y a avait un chien qui aboyait sans cesse dans la chambre à côté de la nôtre. Le personnel n’a rien fait, car les gens ne répondaient pas et ils ne pouvaient pas nous changer de chambre car l’hôtel est complet. Vraiment décevant.

This was our third time staying at the High Country Motor Lodge and it is always consistently a wonderful place to stay. We will continue to return in the future! The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable and the common areas are very nice places to relax and enjoy the facility.

It’s a very overpriced motel. No elevator, sketchy alley way to get to the pool side rooms. They charge a resort fee, I’m not sure why. The doors don’t shut properly. It’s very near the train track. Super noisy air conditioning units. All this makes it difficult to get a good nights sleep. On the plus side: The bed is comfy. The shower is ok. There is plenty of hot water. Ok for a motel, but would not stay again and would not recommend.

Very nice property but they don’t have an elevator to 2nd floor Arrived late at night and the lobby staff was not as friendly as the day crew. The property is well maintained and the amenities like the fire pits and general store were great.

I really liked the hotel and staying in it, but the big problem is that they just don't have sockets I really liked the pool, the opportunity to go to the sauna, jacuzzi and just a great place to relax and unwind

Chromecast issues every time I stay here. This last time on the last day quit working completely, front desk could hell, told to call the chromecast number in the tv screen. The rep remote entered my phone, which I shared I did not feel comfortable with - said it was safe as they were a certified hotel partner. Rep made changes in my phone settings o get the chromecast work. Promised it wouldn’t screw up my phone when I departed. Asked for instructions to be emailed to me how to switch everything back, never received. It’s been 3 days now and my phone still won’t work connected to my home WiFi due to the changes their rep made. Called hotel today to get help, spoke to 3 people, none were f which had any clue what I was talking about or how to help. No GM or IT support on site to help. No return phone call from hotel, even though told someone would be calling me immediately to fix.
