Beach access is conveniently located directly across the street, making it easy to spend your days soaking up the sun and playing in the surf. Designed with multiple families in mind, this home features two full kitchens and two living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, making it the perfect setup for privacy and comfort. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps nine guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed with an en-suite bath, as does the second king bedroom. A third bedroom offers a full bed and a twin, while the fourth is ideal for kids with a trundle bed featuring three twin beds.
The outdoor living space is just as inviting, offering the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or sip a glass of wine in the evening while feeling the cool ocean breezes.

- This property allows up to two dogs with approval prior to booking. There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $ 150 plus additional $50 for second dog.
- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following or make your trip to the store after checking in as the unit may have some of these items already: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
- You will receive your door code via digital welcome guide approximately 3 days prior to check-in.
- There is to be no smoking or vaping inside and/or outside of this home. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping, you will be charged $500.
- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.
