« We just pulled back in our driveway after an amazing 2 days at this little slice of just absolute bliss. Cabins were new, the bed was comfy and nothing beats walking barefoot through the stream or sitting around the fire pit. Gorgeous views when the sun burns through the fog in the mornings too. We're definitely coming back! We were there with two other couples and you wouldn't even have known. The pollinator garden was a nice touch too. hank you! »

Very peaceful and relaxing! We even met Chester! The property cat, she is loving and hung out with us for a bit! Awesome experience, if you are visiting or from Virginia we recommend the lodge! »

We also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after hiking and kayaking on the Rivanna River. This was our first trip to Wintergreen Resort and we will definitely be back. »

« We came up over the Independence Day holiday and really enjoyed our stay. First, the hosts are so responsive. Had a couple minor issues to deal with, nothing that could have been anticipated or prevented, and our hosts were quick to respond and get things set right. Could not say enough about their responsiveness. The unit is very big, compared to others in the area. We had four adults and could have accommodated four more. Didn't even use one of the three bedrooms. Very well equipped property...

« This was a great house in the mountains. It was clean and had everything we needed. The front porch was amazing, allowing us to sit and watch nature, with our pup joining in on the family activity. Bring food and drinks and enjoy nature in this comfortable home. You could go out to eat, but you have to navigate the windy mountain roads, and everything is 20 plus minutes away.
