« Enjoyed our stay in the homely Haystack Cottage, dogs enjoyed it too (some nice walks nearby). All very comfortable and cosy! »

« We loved this property. The owners obviously have an eye for decor as it is a really stylish place and beautifully finished. We loved how peaceful the property was and the owners had thought of everything . We really appreciated the tea, coffee and milk after a 5 hour drive and the muffins, biscuits and crisps were a lovely touch. All the information you needed was in a folder and we visited lots of the places recommenced in it. It’s a fantastic property and we hope to stay there again. »

« Good location for visiting local area and coast. Well equipped modern kitchen and bathroom. Lounge furniture would appreciate an update but comfortable never the less. Enjoyed our short break stay at Pine Hill Lodge. Would stay here again. »

« Lovely, quaint cottage. Comfortably. Just a ten minute drive from Yarm high street. The pub next door is very handy and great pub food and sandwiches. »

« We loved the cottage however it wasn’t cleaned to a very good standard. We found someone else’s underwear in the drawers, opened food in the freezer and dirt in the bath on the first day. Cottage was well situated in the village and easily accessible. Local pubs were closed on Monday and Tuesday so not ideal if you want to eat out on these nights. We walked to one pub on the Wednesday to have dinner however we were not greeted in a friendly manner which put us off. We had one drink and left....
