« The place was great and neighborhood is very quiet. I was very pleased when walking into the unit. The only issues were the mattress (in the bedroom with the door leading to the outside) was a little uncomfortable and the shrubs leading to the front door could be cut down some. However, overall is was great! Walmart, Walgreens, Dunkin, Dollar Tree, and a community grocery with great fruit are close by. »

« We were staying in Fayetteville for our daughter's graduation from Methodist. Only glitch in communication was not Nicole's fault, regarding check-in. We were supposed to get instructions at noon the day before, and there was an error with the internet. As soon as I reached out to her, she sent them to me. « This is probably the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Backstory. Our most recent VRBO prior to this one was in another state and we left a day early. It was not as advertised and smelled like smoke. Needless to say, I was nervous about travel and my husband and I joked about revoking my ability to choose decent VRBOs. This home is absolutely more than advertised. It was immaculate and a beautiful home. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Can’t recommend it enough! Truly a gem. »

« We did not get to stay at property because owner had a tenant that decided not to leave at all. We were not told until the day before we were to go there. Our vacation was ruined because every rental we tried to rent something went wrong, property not ready on second rental we tried to rent and the third rental tenant decided to extend their stay and we were told at the last minute. So we were in a hotel all week and never got to stay in one of the properties. »
